WoW Mining in WotLK is a great way to continue to build up that gold warchest. If you've mined in WotLK you should know that the most abundant ore is the Saronite ore. You can find a bunch of places to mine it and sometimes you get lucky and you get a Titanium node. Mine the area and hope that when you get a respawn it is a Titanium node. It can take up to an hour but you will eventually get one. Another way to find Titanium nodes is to farm Wintergrasp. Yeah, I know what your thinking and I agree, there aren't many Saronite nodes there. But that is the point, though the Saronite nodes are few, the percentage of nodes that spawn Titanium metal are much higher here. Remember that you can't fly over Wintergrasp, so you need a land mount to scout the area. It's also a PVP area so be careful when you scout or else you could get attacked quite often.

Though much of getting Titanium is based on chance, there are few strategies you can employ to have a greater chance of getting a node. The value of Titanium ore comes in its necessity of making epic Jewelcrafter and Engineer recipes. That, along with its rarity make it really expensive. So how can you get it? Well there is no surefire method but there are some strategies you can employ. Here's a few. It's not the best method but if your patient it will show up. This is best done in a small zone like Sholazar.
